today i had a fun time with the clique! (: angela didnt come though. anw, we had lunch cum dinner at just acia! xinting came to join us at a later time. played zhong ji mi ma and wasted a lot of ice cream. hahaha. and after that alvina, gnid, eugeny and i went to play bridge. :D YAY. haven't played it in a long while. and with those dumb ppl too. (: eugeny went crazy and was very very very naughty. haha.
miss them much! (: hope we can go out once more during the holidays.
so many things to do, so little time to complete. ):
oh anyway just want to blog abt adidas sundown marathon! :D it was last weekend from sat to sun. (: so i went with joanne and qianru and we were the route marshals. (: partnered with youyue. and we were posted to section D1b. haha which was outside nsrcc seasport centre. some ulu place that i didnt know existed until then. heh. so we reached there at abt 5pm on sat and left at 9 something on sun morning. super long. anw so quite cool the group leaders sent us food using bicycles. haha. they sent us dinner, night snacks and breakfast. so we stayed there and sat on the sandy ground and waited for the runners to come. oh and quite nice there were airplanes flying above us. (: so the first runner came at 8.10. i think we were supposed to cheer but cos we were having dinner at that time so we didnt bother. :D heehee. soon more runners came and we started cheering. very awkward at first, as we had to be quite high. but soon i kinda got used to it. haha. we were around the 33km mark so they took quite long to come. at 1 something i felt very tired alrdy. ): many runners started coming at 3 plus so we cheered all the way until 7 plus. was really really tired by then. :X some of the runners were very nice though. (: oh oh and not forgetting the caretaker of the nsrcc seasport centre. he was very friendly and talked to us and kept offering us chairs. haha. after most of the runners have gone past, we just sat there and fell asleep. heh. oh and i've got many bites from the mosquitoes. :X like 30 over. super itchy. anw so after getting our money, i went home, bathed, and crashed the sofa. :D super tired. heh.
really a memorable experience. (: and i received a red shirt from adidas too. heehee.
